Honey Whole Wheat
Our signature bread is a perfect blend of five pure ingredients: freshly milled 100% whole grain wheat flour, pure honey, water, salt and yeast
Sourdough
A crusty, lightly sour loaf with a creamy interior make this our most popular every day bread
(Generally sold as a sliced loaf)
Dakota
Sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds are generously kneaded into our honey whole wheat dough for a hearty and flavorful bread
Cinnamon Chip
Literally, cinnamon chips in every bite. A fan favorite for breakfast. Makes great french toast!
Country White
A great compromise with the kids: 50/50 blend of our fresh milled whole wheat flour with unbleached white flour along with honey, salt, yeast, and water.
Cheddar Garlic

All the taste without the gluten! A variety of breads prepared with gluten free ingredients.
Generally baked on Tuesdays & Thursdays, then frozen to preserve freshness.
